Review of mFortune Casino
Since its launch in 2006, InTouch Games’ flagship casino brand, mFortune, has grown to be quite the name. So we thought it was about time we took a closer look at what they have to offer, to help you decide whether they’re worth joining. Here’s what we found:
First Impressions at mFortune
Downloading the mFortune app was quick and easy, and we were immediately impressed with their slick UI. The app is really easy to navigate, and their slots games are front and centre (more on these laster!). You can sign up in app or at www.mfortune.co.uk using your mobile number, and once you’ve activated your account it’s time to play!
Once we’d activated our account, we received a free £5 welcome bonus which we could use on any game. mFortune also keep the bonuses coming when you make your first deposit, as it’s matched 100% up to £100. We deposited £10 and played with £20, but if you make the maximum deposit of £100 you can play with £200. These bonuses come with a x1 wagering requirement, meaning you need to play through them once before making a withdrawal.
mFortune Loyalty Bonuses and Regular Promotions
You’ll be pleased to learn that the bonuses don’t stop there. mFortune Casino seems to be pretty generous with the freebies they offer to loyal players who deposit and play regularly. They all come with that tiny x1 wagering requirement, and the maximum you can withdraw from a free bonus is £200 – even after wagering. Here are some of the bonuses available to you:
- Refer-a-friend and get a £5 bonus + 50% friend’s first deposit match
- Weekly loyalty bonuses sent out via text
- Game of the Month bonuses on all new games
- Ad hoc campaigns at Christmas and Halloween for example
- Chances to win bonuses on the mFortune Facebook page
mFortune Mobile Slots Games
Sure, all these bonuses sound great. But what are the games at mFortune Casino like? Well, the first thing we noticed is there are no big-name games here. Because mFortune design and develop all their games in-house, you’ll only find their original titles here. That’s not a bad thing though, as the games we played would rival any big-name you’re used to.
While there’s a modest selection of games – around 40 – compared to other casinos, mFortune do aim to release a new original game every four weeks or so. We thought that was pretty cool, as you’re never left waiting too long to try something new.
We used our free bonus to take Poppin’ Pizza Prizes for a spin, and we were pleasantly surprised. The graphics were slick and colourful, the gameplay was intuitive, and we really liked the bonus feature which was a nice added extra. You can tell mFortune put a lot into their games, and it shows!
mFortune Bingo and Casino Games
If it’s variety you’re looking for, we’re sure you won’t be disappointed. As well as those original slots games, mFortune also has 90-ball bingo and a selection of three casino games. You won’t find these in your mFortune app though, you’ll have to download separate apps to play them which is a bit of a faff, and hopefully something mFortune will change in future.
There were 11 bingo rooms to play in and each had its own jackpot, side-slots and automatic card-marking. Tickets start from 10p, and there’s often quizzes and prize draws going on in the chatrooms which are worth checking out.
Their 3D roulette was slick and fun to play, but their BlackJack and Poker games could do with an update as they were two of the casino’s original games back in 2006. If you’re not bothered by the look though, both of these games are still fun to play.
You’ve checked out mFortune’s range of games and want to take advantage of their first deposit match bonus…so just how easy is it to make a deposit? Just tap ‘banking’ in app and you can make a deposit of £5 or more using your credit / debit card, PayPal, paysafecard, or Skrill.
You can also deposit from £3 using your mobile phone bill. Any deposits are taken from your available pay-as-you-go credit or added to your monthly bill, and there’s a daily deposit limit of £30 via this method. It’s worth nothing too, you’ll be asked to provide proof your phone bill has been paid if you deposit using this method.
All players can request a withdrawal to your bank account but to withdraw to a card or PayPal account you’ll need to have deposited using this method first. mFortune has a flat fee of £3 on any withdrawal under £10, and there’s that £200 limit on free bonus winnings.
We did find that mFortune Casino take longer than most casinos to process winning payments, but if you’re patient and send over any I.D. promptly, you shouldn’t have too many problems. mFortune take around 3-4 working days (excluding the day you request your withdrawal) to process winning payments, and then it’s a few more days still before you see the funds.
mFortune Safety and Security
All of this sounds great, but just how safe and secure is mFortune Casino? Well first off, they use 256-bit TLSv1.2 digital encryption to protect your data and transactions.
All of their games are independently tested by UKGC approved labs before release, and are certified for fairness. You can see the individual RTPs of each slot game in their description too. It’s always nice to know this when you’re playing original games!
mFortune is also GamCare certified which means they take responsible gambling seriously. If you ever need them, they provide a number of tools to help you keep on top of your gameplay such as deposit / session limits, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion. If you’re signed up to GAMSTOP, you will be excluded from all Intouch casinos.
If you have any questions about a withdrawal, a game, or you’re having any trouble, how easy is it to get in touch with mFortune’s customer service team? Turns out, very easy! They’re UK-based and available 24/7. You can tap ‘support’ in app to reach them or use these details:
- Call +44(0)1384 880 842
- Text HELP to 85777 for a call-back
- Email [email protected]
- Contact them via Live Chat at mfortune.co.uk
Overall, we were pretty impressed with mFortune’s selection of original games and generous bonuses. Their app is slick, and their games are easy to play. Withdrawal timescales were our biggest bugbear, but not enough to put us off. Take advantage of that free sign up bonus and see for yourself!
