Pocket Win Casino £10 no deposit + 200% free bonus for UK

Fancy playing mobile slots? Join Pocket Win Casino!

Today, we’re setting our sights on Pocket Win Casino. Based in the UK, this mobile casino brand is currently one of four owned and operated by Intouch Games. Pocket Win has been going since around 2010, and like all of this operator’s brands, it only uses custom games, built by their own in-house team. So you’ll find none of the big name games you usually see at other casinos, but if you want to try something new, this could be for you. Before you even think about signing up, make sure you read our essential guide to bonuses, banking, games and everything else you need to know.

Welcome Bonus

To get your welcome bonus, you’ll first need to sign up for a Pocket Win account. This is free and you don’t have to enter any card details at this stage. You’ll then get an activation code by text – enter that and you’ll be ready to play.

The first time you login, you’ll get a bonus wheel to spin – this is what decides how much your welcome bonus will be. It can be anything up to £10 free play with no deposit needed. You can use that bonus on any of Pocket Win’s games, which include slots, casino games and bingo.

If you like what you see, there’s also a part 2 to that welcome offer. They also offer 1st deposit match, and again, it uses that bonus wheel to decide how much you get. The maximum here is 200%, and the maximum bonus you can get is £100. So if you deposited £10 and got the 200% deposit match, you’d have your £10 deposit plus £20 bonus credit, giving you a total of £30 to play with.

All of Pocket Win’s bonuses are subject to a 40x wagering requirement, so it’s important to bear that in mind when weighing up your options. Of course, there are T&Cs behind all of the offers too, so get clued up on those before doing anything. It’s worth noting that of course, those 40x wagering requirements don’t apply to your own deposits.

Existing Player Bonuses

If you’ve signed up and played through both welcome bonuses, what’s next? We took a look at the bonuses and promotions available to existing players too.

First up there are refer-a-friend bonuses. These are rewards for getting your friends to sign up for an account through the website or app. If they create and activate an account, you’ll get a £5 bonus. If they then make a deposit, you’ll also get a bonus worth 50% of that first deposit.

Active players get weekly loyalty rewards that are distributed by text message – these can be free spins, bonuses or sometimes deposit matches. Then there are extra bonuses every time a new game is released too.

Pocket Win Casino runs seasonal promotions during holidays like Halloween and Christmas, so it’s worth keeping an eye out for any freebies or prize draws available in those. We’d also recommend keeping an eye on the Facebook page – it’s really active and then run competitions several times a week to win free bonuses.

Slots, Bingo & Casino Games

Like we mentioned up top, Pocket Win Casino doesn’t buy in games from big name developers. Why? Well because they don’t need to – they have their own game designers and developer in-house to come up with original games. All of these games are tested to the UK Gambling Commission’s high standards before they’re allowed to be released, so you can be sure they’re fair and industry standard.

So, you’ve opened up the app or logged onto the website and you’re presented with a game grid full of titles you’ve never seen before. If the thought of that excites you, you could be onto a winner here! We started with the current Game of the Month, which at the time of writing was Cosmic Wilds.

It’s a cool game – space themed, with an engaging gamble feature where you pick a planet to win a multiplier. It also has a free spins feature where all the symbols turn into fruits and the wild symbols start sticking in place for several spins. We enjoyed the features and ended up with a profit, so that’s always a good start.

We’d also recommend Lucky Forest Casino in terms of graphics, Big Winner Slots for its free spins feature and Diamond Geyser for its quirky reel mechanics. All of Pocket Win’s slots games have a progressive Jackpot – you need to line up 5 jackpot symbols (no Wilds) to win one of those.

Another game that’s clearly really popular here is bingo. There are 5 rooms to play in, and each one we went in was pretty busy, with lots going on in the chat. It’s easy to play as the game automatically marks off your numbers for you, so it seems many use it as a way to chat with friends they’ve made here and potentially win something too. It’s 10p a ticket or 60p a strip if you fancy giving it a go!

Last up there are two traditional casino games, adapted for mobile. The Blackjack game looks a little outdated but offers a decent playing experience on mobile. Roulette however looks really new, with 3D graphics and some slick features. Hopefully Pocket Win Casino will give Blackjack a facelift to match before too long.

Banking

What about when it comes to deposits and withdrawals? We decided to make a £10 deposit to test this journey out. We had to cross our fingers that we’d get some winnings with that so we could find out how withdrawals work! Luckily, after wagering we ended up with £32 to withdraw.

So, deposits. We deposited by debit card, but you can also use credit card, Skrill, PayPal, Paysafecard or deposit by phone bill. The minimum for all of these is £5, except deposit by phone bill which has a £3 minimum. You can deposit through the app, or log into the website and do it there.

When it comes to withdrawing, you’ve got a few options there too. Because we’d deposited using a card, we had the option to withdraw to that card, or request a bank transfer. You can also withdraw to PayPal if you’ve previously used your PayPal account to deposit.

There’s no minimum withdrawal to contend with here, but anything below £10 will incur a £3 processing fee – so there’s no point trying to withdraw £3 or less! Luckily we had over £30 to withdraw, so there was no fee for that. 3 working days after requesting it we received a text asking us to provide ID – it was pretty easy to do that via the send ID button in the app. That all went through, then a couple of days later the payment landed in our account. As some casinos process withdrawals within 24 hours, we were a little surprised at how long it took to get the money, but ultimately it wasn’t too much hassle, so just be patient and let the system do its thing.

Security & Responsible Gambling

Security is always a big concern when doing anything on the internet, and particularly when you’re handing over your card details. It looks like you’re well protected here though, as Pocket Win uses 256-bit TLSv1.2 digital encryption to keep your details under lock a key. They’re regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (license number 000-002091-R-104264-023) which means they have to adhere to reassuringly high standards, as well as having their games independently tested before they can be released, as mentioned earlier.

When it comes to responsible gambling, they’re pretty hot on this too, and that’s resulted in them being awarded GamCare certification. That means they offer responsible gambling tools like session limits, deposit limits, cool down periods and self-exclusion, plus they provide advice and support with the help of GamCare. If you’re struggling with your gaming, you can also register for GamStop, which will block you from accessing numerous mobile casino sites, including Pocket Win Casino and all other Intouch brands. Let’s hope we never need it!

Help & Support

Pocket Win’s customer support team are based in the UK and available 24/7 all year round. So, do they answer the phone at 2am on a Sunday? Yep. We actually tried it. They were surprisingly cheery for that time of the morning too, which we probably can’t say for ourselves.

Getting in touch is probably easiest if you have the app – the support menu lets you use live chat, request a call back etc. If you can’t use the app, you can also get in touch using these contact details:

  • Phone: 01384 888100
  • Text: Send ‘support’ to 88600 for a free call back
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Live Chat: via www.pocketwin.co.uk

Overview

So, let’s sum up our experience of playing at Pocket Win Casino. Overall, it was a positive one, with enjoyable games we hadn’t played before and a decent upfront welcome bonus. If we could give the owners some advice, we’d say maybe lower the wagering requirements a little, speed up that withdrawal process and pretty please make us a shiny new Blackjack game to go with the 3D Roulette. If you’re a fan of original games, love a busy Facebook and Bingo community, and get a buzz from regular bonuses, Pocket Win could well be worth a look.

Overall rating for PocketWin.co.uk – 9,3/10.
