What’s all the fuss around Mr Spin Casino about? We’ve heard more and more about this young brand since its launch in 2016, and today we decided to look a little closer and see just what was getting everyone in a spin. And – spoiler alert – we have a feeling you’ll like what we found…
First Impressions
We were pleasantly surprised when we downloaded the Mr Spin app. We were greeted with a slick, easy-to-use app that was bright and colourful with the games taking centre stage. Then, we signed up in app, but you can also register for an account at www.mrspin.co.uk. Once you’ve activated your account, it’s time to see what Mr Spin is all about.
Mr Spin give all new players the chance to win ‘up to 50 free spins on a game of their choice when they sign up. We span a bonus wheel, and got 10 free spins to use on a game called Reel Royalty which was a quirky royal family-themed slot. No deposit required!
You could also get up to £100 free to try out even more games thanks to Mr Spin’s 100% first deposit match. You can max this out with a £100 deposit and play with £200, but we chose to stick to a £10 deposit to play with £20. Both of these offers have a x1 wagering requirement, which means you have to play through them once before you can make a withdrawal. You can withdraw a maximum of £50 in winnings from a free bonus too, even after wagering has been met.
Loyalty Bonuses and Offers
Good news if you love regular casino bonuses: Mr Spin loves to reward their customers who deposit regularly! All these bonuses have that x1 wager, £50 max withdrawal limit, and additional T&Cs which we’d recommend reading. Here are some of the loyalty bonuses you can expect:
- Weekly loyalty bonuses sent via text
- Game of the Month bonuses on new releases
- Referral bonuses
- Ad hoc campaigns around Halloween, Christmas, etc.
- Chances to win bonuses on Facebook
Slots and Casino Games
What kind of games can you expect to find at Mr Spin? Not the usual big names, that’s for sure! We found out that Intouch Games design and develop all their games in house, which means all the games at Mr Spin are original and unique to this casino. It’s not often you see this, so it’s certainly worth checking out the titles on offer.
Because of this, the game selection is a little limited but we noticed that Mr Spin do try and release a new game each month so that won’t be the case for much longer. We did like how varied Mr Spin’s games were, and were drawn to festival-themed game Woodstock Slots. There’s a couple of great bonus games and a nice big jackpot on offer. All the slot games are colourful, intuitive, and easy to play. There are themes to suit all tastes, and were interested to see what concepts they come out with in the future.
Casino games more your thing? Mr Spin only has one – Roulette Gold – which you will need to download a separate app for. This 3D version of European roulette is as user-friendly as Mr Spin’s other games, and was fun to take for a spin. We hope to see more casino games – and maybe even bingo – in the future.
Instant Banking
Depositing at Mr Spin was quick and easy: just tap ‘banking’ and select ‘deposit’ from in-app. You can deposit £5 using your bank card, PayPal, Paysafecard or Skrill. Mr Spin also accepts phone bill deposits from just £3. These deposits are added to your monthly bill or taken from your available credit, and are subject to a £30 a day cap. It’s worth noting too, you’ll need to provide proof your phone bill has been paid when you come to withdraw if you deposit using this method.
You can withdraw to a bank account, and if you want to withdraw to a bank card or PayPal account you’ll need to have deposited using this method first. Mr Spin has a £3 charge for any withdrawals under £10, and remember too that £50 limit on withdrawals from free bonuses.
One thing we will say, is Mr Spin are a little slower on the withdrawal front than many other casinos. We waiting 4 working days (not counting the day we requested the withdrawal) before we were asked to send over some I.D. Once this was approved, it was another couple of days before we had the cash in our account. This is a little longer than some other casinos, so our advice would be to be patient, and make sure you send your ID using the ‘send i.d.’ option in-app.
Security and Safety
You can rest assured that all your transactions and data are safe and secure with Mr Spin, as they use 256-bit TLSv1.2 digital encryption and promise never to share your information with third parties.
Another thing you may be wondering, is how fair are Mr Spin’s games given they’re all made in-house? Well we looked into this too, and you’ll be pleased to hear that all games are certified for fairness by UKGC approved labs before they can be released. Not only that, but you can see the RTPs of each game in their descriptions.
Mr Spin is also GamCare certified which means they have demonstrated a commitment to responsible gambling. Should you need them, Mr Spin has a number of responsible gambling tools you can use to keep your playing in control. These include session / deposit limits, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion. You can also exclude from all Intouch brands and any other operators signed up to GAMSTOP.
Customer Service
We also checked out how easy it is to get in touch with Mr Spin’s customer service team, and we’re pleased to report this was smooth sailing! They’re UK-based and available 24/7…even on weekends and Christmas Day! To reach them you can tap ‘support’ in app or call 01384 888102, text HELP to 89910, email [email protected]. They also have a live chat service which you can access online or in-app.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Mr Spin gets a thumbs up from us! We loved the original games and the fact that they have so many generous bonuses. We’d like to see some more games – but these are being added all the time so should change soon – and withdrawals sped up a little, but overall we’d say give Mr Spin a go!
The overall rating for MrSpin.co.uk – 9,3/10.
